SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery will be calculated on all orders at check out for The Flower Shop Queenstown. We do offer pick up from our brick and mortar store which is located at 19 Marine Parade Queenstown 9300 Lake Front.
The Flower Shop Queenstown will not responsible for any incorrect address information. In the case where an incorrect delivery address is provided, we will charge an additional delivery fee of NZ$10.00 for re-delivery. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, failure to provide the correct address information within 24 hours after our notification of the incorrect address will result in order cancellation or an additional charge for the cost of flowers if you wish to proceed with delivery.
Note: Please verify the information you provide as it will ensure the delivery of your fresh flowers from The Flower Shop Queenstown . Order information change: All the changes and updates to the order should be done within 1 hour of placing the order.
Please double check all the information in your order. $15 administration fee will apply for any changes and updates requested after this 3 hour period.
Note: We are not responsible for late deliveries caused by weather conditions, earthquakes, etc… and no refunds will be issued for these reasons. The delivery will occur on the next possible delivery date.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At The Flower Shop Queenstown, we pride ourselves in creating and delivering beautiful fresh flowers and ensuring you have the best possible shopping experience with us in store and online.
If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery or pick up of the flowers and gifts. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept complaints regarding quality with 24 hours of you receiving your order.
Please keep in mind The Flower Shop Queenstown will not be responsible for circumstances beyond our control. If an incomplete or incorrect delivery information is give or if no one is available to accept a package when we first deliver at the specific time given charges will apply for redelivery. When taking the order we will give you the option to allow us to leave the order at the address given at your own risk. However if the order is not received by the receiver, The Flower Shop Queenstown will not be held responsible and no refund will be given for any damaged or missing orders.
In such cases, we always do our best to reschedule delivery as soon as possible and contact the sender or recipient as needed. Of course, your assistance in providing complete and accurate delivery information, including the recipient's phone number, is very important, too.
We strive to fill each order as closely as possible, so please be as specific as possible with your orders. If a container, certain flowers, or other items are unavailable, reasonable substitutions may be made in order to expedite delivery of a similar gift of equal or greater value.
We reserves the right to reject any order that we deem questionable, possibly fraudulent, or for which customer payment information can not be verified with the appropriate credit card issuer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At The Flower Shop Queenstown we do accept cancellations depending on time of cancellation request. Cancellation fees may apply. For cancellations requested within one (1) hour of placing the order, cancellation is at no charge before 2pm and after 3pm. For cancellations requested from one (1) hour after order is placed, up to thirty-six (36) hours prior to delivery date, a $35 cancellation fee will apply. For cancellations requested with less than thirty-six (36) hours to delivery date, a cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the product will apply as well as delivery charges.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellations for any order that has already been prepared, or is already out with the courier for delivery.

CARE POLICY
After receiving your beautiful fresh flowers you MUST ensure that you care for the flowers to prolong the their life.
Flowers don't last for ever but these tips will keep them looking their best for 4-7 days:

Clean your vase to remove any bacteria or fungi that might ruin your flowers.

Use warm water and let it sit for a few minutes so all the air bubbles can escape.

Cut the stems at a 45-degree angle, under running water if possible. This creates a wide opening to the xylem (where the flowers drink up water) and keeps air bubbles to a minimum so they don't block the water pathways.

Keep away from fruit. Fruits produce ethylene, which tells a plant to ripen, and that will shorten the life span of your flowers.

Place in a cool position. If you're leaving the house for a day or two, you can put your flowers in the fridge (away from fruit). The cold reduces microbial growth and the metabolic rate of your flowers, extending their life!

Keep away from direct sunlight, drafts and air-conditioning.

Maintain adequate water levels and change the water completely every two days.
